Morning everyone, no loss this week but only done 2 hrs cardio + 2 days weights .. trying to eat more protein - so any ideas for smoothies other than my usual - banana, oats , protein powder and almond milk ? Trying to get high protein - but low cals (if I can ) anyway have a good weekend xx 👍

yoghurt instead of almond milk? natural peanut butter with banana is a winner too, you could add some seeds if you like, maybe flax?
