Happy with another pound loss this weeks weigh in. Considering Thursdays valentines Indian restaurant meal and drinks put me at 2700 cals that day! Still managed to average out at just under 1800 cals per day though for the week.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
