Two pounds lost again this week... just under 1700 cals per day average this week. Dont take lots of notice of BMI but its finally under 30 so NHS calculator no longer says I am obese class 1... and just simply over weight. Just 17 pounds now to hit my target :)
71.2 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Exactly Red. That's why we can't take bmi to be everything. It's more of a rough guide as far as I am concerned.
