So all this week I have been showing a 2-3 pound loss. I eat not much and do lots of exercise all weekend and low and behold I have gained a pound so I only lost one pound this week on my regular Monday weigh in day !! Ah well at least its still a loss and I have hit a big milestone of 3 stone lost since I started last September.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That could explain it Dave. I went swimming did 50 lengths on Friday and usually only manage about 40 in the hour. Been really busy at work and then riding trials bike competition yesterday and only having about 1500 1700 cals fri,sat and sun :)

Loosing visceral fat is what counts . Try get set of scales that measure visceral fat. The weight gain could be muscle from exercise which is a good thing ;)

Yes I think it is most likely muscle built. I have upped my protein percentage intake since November also so that could explain it. Thanks for the advice 👍
