back to the grind...

40 minutes elliptical
20 minutes jogging
160 situps
25 pushups

60 cal yogurt with 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein
40 oz water so far....
63.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 1.0 kg a Week
