up and down this week. anytime I hit 64kg I get really big hunger pangs. think I,m going to stick to 64-65 kg as it's still in top third of healthy range. plus am starting to build some muscle now and that does weigh more, and doc says above a certain amount of muscle scales are not to accurate at fat measurement.
