Had a lovely week off diet and away from home and now back and determined. Photos taken, exercise class starts next week and I know I can do this!! The change starts now 🤞🏾
86.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
