Great start but first week is always easiest! made small changes and cut out sugar and fatty food but I still ate on average 2200-2400 kcal. No need to eat 1000 kcal when you weigh as much as me to loose weight and such drastic change would probably be too much and I would have given up quickly. This week I'm not planning to change much food wise but I'm going back to gym. I want to shape my body at the same time so with no exercise that's not going to happen, so time to get back into it.. Glad to be back in double figures. it feels good. I'm staying positive and I hope to continue to get smaller, healthier and fitter and not to sabotage it this time. I started to meditate and it helps. Let's hope next week will be good too! Best to all xx

I'm sure it's more of the difference in calories than your weight. I was heavier than you and still having to stick to 1500cals. But I don't think my PCOS helps.

Thank you very much everyone!! And yes Yasmine, it is when you heavier you burn more calories than someone who is 60kg so at the moment eating over 2000 kcal for me means that I still get enough deficit to loose weight. I will have to slowly lower it down but with gym I probably would go lower than 1800 as I burn around 3500 kcal when doing gym. I'm sure it's much harder and more complicated with your condition bit you are doing great!
