Well just one pound gained over Christmas so I am quite pleased with that. I didnt record/count calories on Christmas day (ate and drunk lots!!) and I have not dieted rest of the week but tried to be as sensible as possible with all the alcohol and chocolates kicking around. Just today, tonight and tomorrows festivities to do then its back to business, get some work done, money earned and weight lost. Happy New Year to all on FS and hope you hit your targets in 2019.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
