18.3% fat.
bit surprised as I ate loads yesterday.
tenant where I was working left me some kind of fudge caramel and chocolate slab. ate 2 pieces.
then landlord turned up with 1/2 homemade porkpie.
this on top of larger than usual breakfast and my own dinner.
wife than got called in to work late so rather than waste a whole plaice ate both.
than by 10 was still hungry so had 2 wheetabix and a pile of bran with tablespoon of plum jam.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 19.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
