Another pound lost this week. So I am happy with that as yesterday was spent dining out with 3 courses eaten and a bottle and half of wine,beer and a few Jack Daniels. I was 164lbs on Saturday morning. Its going to be tough next few weeks with all the Christmas and New Year festivities, parties and drinking. Need to keep at it.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
