Hahahahaha.
So I am now in the crowd of yoyo dieters
How did that happen?
Well, I spent the summer wearing light clothes and having BBQ and alcohol pretty much every day for literally weeks on end. No scale weighing, no food counting, no particular awareness.
Then the weather went cold and I put on my regular trews. Flip, what a shock, tight or what. So I got on the scales.

Oh dear.

Haha. Never mind. I like a challenge

But come on TEN KILOS?????!!!! HTF did that happen without me noticing. I guess I did notice, but didn't realise it was THAT much.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
