Following 2 weeks on holiday on the Algarve I am really pleased to see I have kept to the same weight. I have been having 2500 to 3500 calories some days ( I blame it on the wine at 2 euros per bottle). I think the reason for not gaining is we have done plenty of walking over there and since home on Friday I have got straight back to the diet. Hoping for a loss next Monday weigh in now.
