bit gutted stayed same but lost another 4 and half inches. muscles are sore maybe retaining some water in them :(
95.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks 5lb loss last werk was fab jyst 2lb off being in new stone bracket and half stone xx

Inches are better than weight, IMHO. But weight is easier to measure. You're doing great!

Yeah 12 and half inches in 2 weeks im happy but a scale win be nice next week

If you are exercising and gaining muscle don't forget that it weighs more than fat so measurements are a better indication of your progress than weight

Muscle takes up less space, and hugs our body much more comfortably than fat, but a pound of muscle and a pound of fat, still weigh the same. 😘

Im walking more and stsrted decorating which has left me achy not proper exercise as such. My 6 year old told me i had a big belly last night was gutted so hoped lower number on scales cheer me up know that sounds silly xx
