I'm still sore from my workout two days ago. I ate "Poorly" yesterday at 134% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
