I finally made my way back to the gym. It felt good to be training but disappointing at the same time. I got in a medium intensity workout but wasn't able use as much weight and I needed to rest longer between sets. This morning I feel the results of my workout so it was worth the effort. I ate under goal, barely missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF down .1%
