I'm dressed to head out to the gym. It's been about a month since my last gym visit. I have barely been able to keep my body fat under 20%. Yesterday I ate at 104% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .1%
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
