Well, this is a bittersweet update:
My scales arrived and I weigh 81.9 kg (sigh)
There may be several explanations for this: my doctor’s surgery scales was wrong, or the new scales are!
Another possibility is that I have turned some fat into muscle, as I do see myself a wee bit slender.
I must admit I was scared of weighing myself, I do not know why... and here, it happened! I weigh nearly one kilo more than I thought!
Not to despair: I am sticking to my regime no matter what as I feel a lot better and my food intake is enough and of good quality. The fact that from now on I will have my own scales will allow me to have a more consistent view of my weigh decrease.
(Not happy of still being in my 80s though)
81.9 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
