Have come to the conclusion that a full keto diet is definitely not for me and I don't seem to be too good at a low carb diet either, although I do try! I have completely cut out all "visible" carb foods .. bread, rice, pasta & potatoes (with exception of last week whilst on holiday) but I eat a lot of fruit and starchy vegetables. Have always been told that fruit & veg is good, fat is bad! I am very good at keeping my calories low, have cut down on portion size massively and am trying to increase my exercise, despite my bad leg & back stopping me. I only eat 3 meals a day between 9ish am and 6.30ish pm with maybe a few grapes or something as a snack. So from now on, I'll continue to cut out the visible carb foods and keep my calorie intake low
124.3 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 59.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
