Thanks all. It's 1:48 PM and I was sitting on the couch being lazy after grinding all week. BUZZ, I get a text from #THEFASTINGKING just saying "hello" to me. Well folks, when ever I hear from him, Some how I head out for a run. Music is queued up. Off I go!
