Both fasting and running are so mental. I can't help but questioning myself over and over while doing either activity #IMUSTBENUTS. Hey, at least I ran my 1st mile non stop. Hope to return to fasting soon.

Yes, there is a mental component to running, that's why I love it! I need to get back to it, but right now life is kicking me in the butt - nothing I wanna go into here. I'm with you on the controlled eating plan, best of luck to you!
