Lovely keto friendly meal tonight of trout sitting on a pile of courgetti spaghetti & mushrooms in a tomato and garlic sauce. Hubby ate it in silence (with some bread for him only) ... he's soon fussy - the courgetti reminded him of real spaghetti which he hates as he finds it awkward and messy to eat!! Had I chopped the courgette up and made a ratatouille instead he would've loved it!! Men! I enjoyed it anyway.

Oh good! I cant find the reports on the computer version though?? and also where I can change my macro goals? any ideas??

Reports seem to be on mobile app only. To change macro preferences on desktop version go to "My Profile" and at the bottom is "Food Diary Nutrition Facts" where you can choose up to 6 from: KCals, Carbs, Protein, Fat, Sodium, Cholesterol, Sugar, Fibre, RDI (%) and Net Carbs. I guess the important ones for you will be Carbs, Sugar, Net Carbs (not sure what this means) and Fat, plus 2 others of your choice. Hope this helps.

Found it! "When you follow for example the Atkins Diet, aka the Atkins Nutrition Approach, you actually count grams of Net Carbs, which represent the total carbohydrate content of the food minus the fiber content and sugar alcohols (if in the product)." "There is no need to go "zero-carb" eating unless you are doing Restricted Ketogenic Diet for therapeutic reasons. Most people experience all the great fat loss and health benefits of the Ketogenic diet at 20-30 grams of net carbs (or up to 50 grams of total carbs) per day."

been to the "My profile" page and selected the various macros ... but it doesn't give me an option to change the percentages or grams of each like I can on my phone (except they're not being saved!!)

The percentages/gram adjustments are only possible on the app. It’s a pain that somethings can only be done on the app and others only on desktop. Needs must, though. Take care!
