I lost just over a pound last week instead of a kilo as my calorie increased from 800 cal to 1200 cal per day. Expected!
Last week I introduced some carbs and had a few alcoholic drinks, far from the ideal type of calories.

Also,I kept on eye on the type of food I used to have an that I thought it was healthy and I was surprised by the number of calories on them. Example, a granola, fruit yoghurt pot from Pre a Manger is 347 calories and that was my 'healthy breakfast'.It is easy to go over 1500 calories that I would need to have when I reach my ideal weight. It is a bit daunting.

This week I plan to keep the 1200 calories but reduce the carbs and alcohol and see how it goes
75.4 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

cereal, I find, is always one of those things that look healthy, but isn't.

Your body your diet plan. I'm not afraid to mix it up and make changes. Overall you are doing great :)

Tbh when it comes to healthy cereals your better off eating the kiddy sugary one's like frosties and Coco pops they're not great but far less calories than the healthy cereals ironically 😂 Aww well done for losing though ☺

If you want granola or muesli you are better off buying the ingredients and making your own then you can control how much sugar you put in - the manufactured ones are full of sugar, it's scandalous. Don't buy off-the-shelf yoghurt pots because they too have too much sugar in them, make your own. Sorry hon, but that's the way it is. Well done on the loss despite it all though, that's really good going.

oh Lili.. I think you are doing great! you've lost over 23 lbs in just over 2 months. I am proud of your accomplishment. Don't be so down on yourself. You're great!!
