Keto Vanilla Custard

Tastes like creme brûlée but without the sugar, dairy or grains. I replaced corn starch with almond flour but konjac flour can also be used. In the same way we replace undesirable ingredients in a recipe, we can replace negative thoughts and feelings that don’t support fast healing.

Ingredients (serves 6):
▪️1 -13oz can coconut milk @naturesgreatestfoods .
▪️1 cup of filtered water.
▪️3 tbs natural sweetener @lakanto .
▪️1 tsp vanilla @nielsenmassey .
▪️3 tbs almond flour @terrasoul .
▪️pinch of sea salt @gustusvitae .
▪️1 egg @vitalfarms .
▪️1 cinnamon stick @spicelyorganics .
▪️zest of one organic orange @sunkistcitrus .
▪️mint and fresh berries to decorate @pattysherbs .

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender except for the cinnamon stick and orange zest. Pour into a pot and add the zest and the cinnamon. Simmer at low heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens. Divide the mix in ramekins and place them in the fridge for about 2 hours. Decorate with fresh berries and mint before serving..
