This weight entry may appear on the surface to be a gain in the FS world but is NOT in my world. Here's whats been happening in my world...

The prior weight entry to this one was made almost 2 months back while I was in middle of moving homes.

To compound things, I have an adult son with special needs, that I had to re-arrange care and transportation for during this transition. He doesn't transition well adding high levels of stress to our household.

These are major life events and I am not making excuses. That time has passed and I own it.

I ate clean for a few weeks after things settled down however my weight didn't budge and I'm thinking maybe high cortisol levels in my body were to blame. Who knows but it is what it is. (No I wasn't shoving my pie hole full to the max and I haven't had the aliens come and visit me at night and pump me full of snacks and goodies, hope I never see them bastards again)

As I type this entry, I am 41 hrs 6 min into this Fast and all I can say is "The best has yet to come"

I step on a Bluetooth scale in my bathroom daily around 4:40 AM M - F however starting today, I will do my best at putting those entries into FS on M - W - F no matter what.

I had my 2nd Creamsicle in a cup for lunch (( THANKS @MillaLite )) and it was even better the one I had last night. Yum, Yum and Yum.

Can't wait for my Friday's weight entry.

Q. Hmmnn. Should I bust out a 5K run tonight when because of this surge of energy flowing through my veins right about now?
A. Screech....is the sound of me slamming on the brakes to that idea. I forget, I was just in excruciating pain two days prior.

Nice work, brother! Right there with you in hour 42 with 24 to go. Thanks for the Malchef (sp) referral, btw. I am sure you know all about the Snake Diet he follows. (That Snake dude is my kinda crazy.) After listening to a bunch, I upgraded my program to the 666 Diet (66:6) for my final push. Thanks for the info! Appreciate you!

It's certainly hard to lose weight when you're stressed. We all tend to comfort eat. You sound determined though so keep at it - no more up arrows!

Soldier on! By the way, the Aliens said, "Hi!" and they want to know when you'll stop taking that anti-psychotic so they can visit you again - they got new snacks!

I was chanting go! go! go! on the 5k run... but remembered the back issues. How about a 5k walk?

Good luck with this new endeavor! I also came back to this site today, after the rheumatologist told me this morning that too many of the foods I eat cause inflammation. I was doing so well until someone put pizza in the break room (my downfall). Inflammatory on TWO levels: Saturated Fat and Refined Flour. But .... tomorrow is another day, and tomorrow, I will succeed. Day AFTER tomorrow, you'll be running that 5K!

IMHO, gaining *less than two pounds* in two very stress-filled months is a "MSV" -- a MAJOR SCALE VICTORY! You're doing great, Ches. No explanation needed!

Not bad at all with everything you had going on! I agree that it’s a MSV! You’re back at it now and that arrow will be headed back down in no time. No worries my dear!

Good for you! I don't think I could fast more than 24 hours, and even that would be tough.
