I was finally ready to face the scales. So much weight gain in such a short time! still so disappointed in myself but my mind is back in a right place. went shopping last night and stocked up on all sorts ready to cook healthy again. also went back to my boxing sessions on Thursday and it was horrendous 😂😂 but it will get better and I will build the stamina again. big set back but I will never stop. first week at new work went well and I'm settling slowly in. have a great weekend everyone.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 30.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
