So I have taken some time off from here and being healthy in general.. I am not yet ready to face up to what damage I did so I will not weigh in until I am. I know I put on loads and I feel horrible and fat and unhealthy. I needed a break which turned into a binge and it felt good for a while but now I look at what I have done and I feel so disappointed and so stupid for doing it! I don't need advice on how to loose weight and be healthy as that's not difficult, what's difficult is applying what you know. I have been here before and I refuse to give up. I will get to my goal. I will get back onto being healthy and I will be proud of myself. Tomorrow is my first day on a new job and I feel so let down by my actions that I start it looking like a pig and no work clothes fit me.. No excuses no 'we all have bad days' no sympathy needed as by now I should know better! I feel so so stupid. I do not want to be this fat pig who cannot wear summer clothes, who's thighs rub together until they bleed and who's fat giggles with every step!! Yet I go and do this.. sometimes we need tough love and this is my tough love to myself. Only I can make a difference and only i am responsible for the way I look. and I will not give up. Tomorrow is a new day and it's going to be healthy one as well. best to all and remember if you feel tempted - trust me it is not worth it!!!

Welcome back! I know it's easier said than done butt stop beating yourself up. Don't stress about the things you can't change, and you can't change the past. Chin up and enjoy your new job :)

We all have off moments-I had one a few weeks ago when my diet went to pot and I put on over half a stone-I’m focused again now and I’m sure you will be too 😊

Realising that you need to start again is a good first step. Like you say you needed the break, but you know what to do to get back to it. Next time you feel like a break remember this time and try to manage your break healthily

Someone once said there are no mistakes just lessons. We repeat the lessons until we have learnt. Those that stumble and keep going learn more than those that stride away. Good luck in new job!

Thank you all!!! You are amazing! Missed all of you and the support you get on this site xxx first day went ok..lots of admin and manual reading so not so exciting but I hardly ate all day with everything going on so it's a bonus. So far so good xx

Don’t judge yourself. What’s done that’s done, can’t change it, can only improve it in the future. Love your body the way it is, as this is you, but stay positive and continue to work towards your goals.
