Hi Jessica. You can get them on Amazon. Just type in Zero pasta and all sorts will show up. Hovewer they do not taste like real pasta and have different consistency but I love them as they fill me up and are only 7 kcal per 100g . If you use them in soups or with sauces they take on taste of the whole dish ad they do not have taste of it's own. Not for everyone and some brands are better than others. But worth a try I think x

Holland and Barrett also sell some. Ocado too. You can get “rice” as well. That carbonara looks really tasty!

Thanks Phooka. It really is. I make it with quark and comes to 400-500 kcal and tastes amazing. Nearly as good as the real thing 😂😂 and very filling. I have tried the rice but I think it's horrible. Don't like the texture and it always has an aftertaste. This brand of pasta I buy is heated by boiling for 10min in water first which I find takes away any funny smell it has when you first open it so it doesn't spoil the meal xx
