TOM wreaks havoc on the scale--at one point I stepped on after too much binging on mnms and it was up 5 lbs! Luckily this morning everything has returned to normal and there really wasn't much damage left from eating poorly during TOM's visit...yay!

61.2 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg. Still to go: 4.5 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
