wasn't going to weigh again but knew I felt slimmer today very happy definitely helping motivate me
91.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

To shift so quickly it must have been water weight but it's gone and you're feeling better so it has to be a good thing! Well done and stick with it :)

Yeah I thought water weight my face and arms went so puffy and they have shrank and fingers aren't swollen today I'm hoping ring will fit again soon
