TGIF!!! Looking forward to a warmer weekend. With the garage warmer I will be able to haul all my boxes of Christmas decorations up the ladder in the garage to the attic. It will be nice to get my house back in order, at least partway.

Docs office sent me the cervical spine MRI report, so it's now making sense to me. I used to be in the medical field and did spinal nerve testing, among other things, so reading the actual report made sense to me. So the bulging disc and vertebrae issues are actually just above and below the fusion. Tis is a normal after affect of a fusion years down the road. The pain patterns including the headaches are matching the nerve levels.

Neuro and pain management appts are in my future. Doc ordered flexiril for me to help the neck pain and hopefully relieve some of the headache issues until I can get into pain management.

I will work at building back up to my basic 30 minute trx workout and some cardio. I have so wanted to get back to the gym but think I should wait on anything except cardio there until I get some clearance. Weather and time permitting I would prefer to ice skate, probably back to that next week unless it's too cold and windy.

Really tired tonight after a fairly stressful week and a very sore neck so not pushing exercise tonight. I think I will have to simply have to decide that on a daily basis for now.

thanks all. No work thoughts, chase them away. Getting my house back to normal will make me feel happy. Spend some time with my animal family. I also need to run up and visit my next door neighbor at the nursing home (she's 90) as I haven't seen her since Christmas week, since I was sick.

Thank goodness you know what it is now. It must have been worrying. Have a great weekend.

Hoping no surgery for another fusion in my future. That was not fun. Guess the next months and doc appts will determine what the plan is.

I can relate to the issues of the spine. Docs don't tell you this can happen when they do the initial repair. Take care.

Kathy, I knew there would probably be issues down the line. Consented to do the fusion when I lost the use of my left arm. Prior to that I was trying everything else to avoid surgery
