I haven't done very well this week! It's not really surprising with all the temptations around, but I did kind of just give in and go for it most days! My net calories would be in line with gaining around a pound of real weight. I guess that's not too bad, but it just goes to show how easy it is to put weight on.
We're going away tomorrow for four days, and there's lots of eating planned. Hopefully the will be lots of walking too. We're going to Valencia, which is only about an hour's drive from where we live. I'm looking forward to seeing the lights there, and eating in some different restaurants. I think we're going to the zoo on Christmas Day, as it will be about the only place open. It's supposed to be very good, with nice enclosures for all the animals. We might go to Sagunto on the 26th, which has Roman remains and a castle.
