Stir fry is my lunch go to at just under 400 calories. Got sick of salad. Most of the calories are in the chicken and rice noodles. Only adding a teaspoon of oil.

😄 pretty good! Soy and a bit of blue dragon sweet chilli makes it nice and tasty

jest come from my diabetic team in the hospital they told me there hardly any cals in chicken thought I would let you know

100 grams of skinless chicken breast is over 150 calories, so not strictly speaking true.

No Adrian, I measure the oil. It's about 130cal for sesame oil using per tablespoon. I have cut that down to a teaspoon now. What you may be seeing there is light soy or light sweet chilli. Chicken there is about 50g, which is just under 100 cal.
