I'm still feeling a bit under the weather. I have body and headaches. My wife hasn't been well lately. I may have picked up a bug from her. She seems to be getting better. I hope I do so soon. In the mean time, I'm trying to get some needed rest. It's kind of hard because I have things that need to be done but doesn't everybody...

I just got over it, or at least 90% of it, was off workouts for 16 days and lost 30% strength. At 56 it goes quick, and returns slow. God bless, and I hope it is short lived, and mild.
