photo is me at 164.6 lbs. My goal is 161. with 15% bbodyfat.my stats 53 yr old male, 5'-11.5" without shoes, 164.6 lbs, currently at 17.3% bodyfat trying to get to 15%. lost 65 lbs with a start weight of 230 in Jan 2017. Since aug 2019, on a low fat, low carb higher protein. pesco vegan diet with 1800-2000 cal. per day depending upon exercise, activity levels, since going vegan in Jan 2017, and logging foods and portion size in the app i have not been required to calorie count anymore because i know instintively and learned how many calories i'm consuming and visually knowing the portion size and calories, through repetitive daily diet log, for 2 years. I can pretty much estimate calories in any food visually and estimating the portion size visually. I had no clue or idea before my weight loss experience about calories in foods, portion size etc. And estimate that my appetite was out of control eating anything and as much as i desired. My estimate i was consuming 3500-4000 cal per day and being moderately active. I was pre diabetic, reversed it through diet, weight lost, and exercise, i consider myself in maintenance mode but wouldnt mind losing 5-10 pounds, the difficulty as far as speedy weight loss results though are non existant when in maintenance, which can be often very frustrating, the last 5-10 pounds are the most difficult because the weight loss results do not reward weight loss impatience, nor is there a simple or quick solution, it has taken me 6 months from 175-165 i predict it will take 6 months to 1 year to drop from 165-155. I consume no refined sugar, and 90% of my diet consists of complex carbs only (fruits,vegetables, beans, whole grains)
