I always say 'don't go looking for trouble, trouble will soon find you' Here is an example, in the last couple of weeks I have been given 3 packets of cookies, a beautiful homemade pavlova and one box of chocolates. It is not my birthday or anything. I just happen to know some lovely people! I wouldn't dream of turning down these gifts to protect my diet so I try to incorporate them as best I can!

so difficult though..........I could just eat them all at once! I gave one packet of biscuits to the boys at the car wash. Shared the pavlova and in the process of sharing the chocolates and trying to forget about the third pack of biscuits!

I think most people mean well but sometimes I wonder if they do it to derail you on purpose.................! My will power is not bad and I do try to share the love (or am I guilty of derailing other peoples diets!)
