I have to visit my mother for a couple of days. I don't get on with her at all so I am dreading it. These visits usually incite a biscuit and alcohol binge. Send me strength not to sabotage my diet for her please!

I wish I had seen RGG's post before The Visit. Infact all these posts. Partial success, no alcohol but lots of chocolate and biscuits. Suffice to say, weigh postponed til next Friday.
