oh dear, it's only lunchtime and I've used up virtually all my calories for the day!!! :(

Haven't logged anything for Xmas Day and Boxing Day, because of course I have consumed nothing - haha!!!

I've had a really bad cold so haven't entirely over indulged!!!!......

Not nice these colds. Hubby has a bad tickle cough and it's getting him down. Enjoy those treats for a couple of days. It will be 2017 soon enough X🌟

The worst that can happen is that you end up gaining a tiny bit of weight and can relive the reaching your goals glory all over again in the new year :-)
