Xmas get together/buffet lunch for our yoga group today. It's 4.50pm and I'm still stuffed!!! Just gonna have a small apple for my evening meal.

Managed to keep within my RDI - somehow!!! :)

Digging out my old compadre Rosemary later this evening!! :(
