Back to my original weight when I started this really need to sort this out. I feel so lethargic and fat in my clothes. I've been eating so much rubbish recently I haven't even been logging it.

I have 3 weeks to go until nationals I have to get fitter not fatter!
60.8 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
