Ouch!! Not sure if from my walk on Sunday or what but I have sciatica all down my left leg and my calf muscle is twitching and aching like mad! plus my shoulders are aching. If this is what 1 fairly brisk walk does to me then not sure I want to do any more! My leg is so painful!! Just had to drive to Torquay and at 1 point I wasn't sure I'd get there or be able to get back ... and that's in an automatic so not having to use my left leg at all for a clutch!! Heaven help me if I'd still been in my old car!
