I have not been here for a while and as you can imagine my weight has shot up! Clothes feel tight, I feel sluggish. I am not going to weigh myself because I know I am fat just now. I changed my diet 7 months ago by cutting out sugar and it has been a DISASTER for me. I am going back to my old style of eating that worked perfectly well for many years i.e. low fat combined with calorie counting.
