Well end of my 1st week of strict dieting & exercise so i jumped on scales this morning ............ and I haven't lost a ruddy ounce! FED UP.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe your scales are registering the maximum they can. My scales won't go above 19 st. Why don't you spend 50p and weigh at Boots once a week and hopefully this will show a loss each week!

My scales go up to about 28 stone (not that I've ever been that heavy ... yet!). They weighed me correctly last year when I was a bit heavier than I am now so I'm pretty sure they're correct.

If I'm in town later I might pop into boots though just to check ... although I have to go back to the odeama clinic again next week and the nurse there will weigh me ... trouble is her scales always make me a lot heavier than mine do !!!!!

At least weighing at Boots once a week avoids "husband over shoulder beep alert"! and you get a print out.
