Best advice ever, enjoy your family!!! Cannot believe February is almost over. Life is as always moving forward. We have had a hint of spring here in the heartland with a couple days in the 70's so Spring fever is hitting early. Highs in the 40's this coming week so Spring is not here yet though I have a couple tulips peeking up.

Had a terrific day yesterday with my middle daughter in between GD's state dance competition performances. DD is working out 4 mornings a week with working full time, juggling 4 active teens, and helping with the DH's business. She is an inspiration. I need to follow her lead and get my butt moving in the am. Working out after work lately has been hard to do.

I'm slowly getting my house back after the Christmas robbery. The window is ordered and will be installed next Saturday. The damaged storm door is demoed and the new one awaiting my install. Too windy today.

Have you ever thought of working out in the morning? Walking your dog's is exercise; however I know you are trying to get toned.

Glen, love your descriptions, sounds like a lovely walk. Grand kids are so much fun. Enjoy yours as she grows up as the changes are so fun. Instead of being a parent, grandparents have a chance to more enjoy the changes. Both of my granddaughters are athletes and also work hard in school and are interesting people. Hi Jen, yes, I do think about working out in the am, I have not been good about getting moving that early, I leave for work @ 6:15. I keep trying to get motivated to start moving @ 4:15. I only walk the dogs when it's nice out and I have time ;). Thankfully a fenced back yard.

As Glen hinted at, the feelings after a break in not memories that fade quickly, but getting your house back in order should go a long way toward helping you get past it. I am glad you are enjoying your family and your puppies. :)
