Rain wind rain wind rain and rain. Did I say rain? It rained all day. Again.

No matter, by the time I went for the DC I was so angry I didn't care. Poor Mikey got cast again and had his eyes pecked again by the bastard black crows. Still, we found him in time to have hopefully not lost his one remaining eye completely.

In my rush to get out to him when DH came and told me I fell down the stairs. OUCHY!! I now have a couple of pretty impressive haematomas on my left arm where I grabbed the newel post and swung round onto the edge of the floorboards as I fell. I will have to keep an eye on them to make sure they don't grow too far. I won't stress though.

So I ran/walked the mile to the neighbour to get eggs. Took me only 11 minutes to get there from our gate, and I was doubling the running distance and halving the fast pace long stride walking in between. That felt good. I got all hot and sweaty, which is good for my heart, and the walk back home - uphill all the way - was slower but still a good pace.

A few minutes after I got back I was suddenly dizzy and nauseous. I wonder if that was low blood glucose? I wonder if after the workout my bp went down too far? I dunno. I sat with my legs up and ate a small orange and drank a couple of glasses of water. I felt better within a few minutes. There was no pain anywhere. More research.....

Just in case I stuffed my face with 150g blueberries and 150g yogurt :) Woo Hoo 63g net carbs today.

Gym tomorrow, and more shopping.
