Well, I got away with it by the skin of my teeth! Back drinking again after dry Jan so the calories have shot up. Must do better! Off for a few days.Catch up next week. xx

Lol, I'm afraid alcohol and weight control don't really go together! I wish they did....

yes, it is a double whammy. lots of empty calories from the alcohol, then all the snacking that goes hand in hand. e.g I don't eat crisps until I have a wee glass of something.

Mmmmm, I wonder if I can squeeze a wee glass or 5 into my daily allowance! Afterall, I am not going to drink on Friday night due to driving commitments and it would be rude not to mark todays occasion.
