Greedy day yesterday. I know how to get to target weight and can do it. But as soon as I relax my eating my weight creeps up 2 or 3lbs. How can I stop that without having to count calories all the time?

I don't know - when you have found the answer tell us! I have started tracking again. :( as I having the same problem. Alternatively add a couple of walks to your week and keep an eye on portion sizes as soon as the scales move in the wrong direction

My wife keeps her weight steady by not eating after 6pm. She never counts calories.
