wholefoodnut's Journal, 30 Jan 16

I find it interesting that so many of the news reports are dealing with healthy eating and habits this year. So many are pushing eating non processed foods and exercise. Those make me happy to hear them.

January tends to be a reflective month for me. Looking back over several years all is so much better in my life. I've had some setbacks lately but not in health, though the craziness has affected my workout schedule. Overall my life is good. I need to get back to working out daily as I know it makes me feel good.

Looking forward: Exercise needs to be a priority as does finishing my reno on my house. Both of these will help me feel better about me. Feeling good about me is essential. Another priority reducing my use of non organic products in every aspect of my life.

Getting away from processed foods eliminates most of the problem foods, and exercise is just good for the body, I, too, am glad there's a push towards sanity!

Even the synthetic products you use on your body soap, shampoo, makeup, deodorant, laundry products, cleaning products and others can affect your hormones and ability to lose weight. I am aiming for all natural by the end of the year. Do your research and do what is good for you. Makeup arrives soon and the old stuff is going in the trash.

Click on the meal you would like to add the food to. Scroll to the bottom on the page and there is a barcode botton in the lower right corner. This activates your camera, and you can scan the barcode on the package.

It doesn't work with all foods. I've tried numerous times with unusual (for US) foods and it will not accept them.
