after feeling very down yesterday I didn't get on scales today and going to weigh on sat to stop me drinking and picking unhealthy food when I'm out for mates birthday.

I did decided to measure myself today and compare to last month and in exactly a month I have lost 5 and a half inches. (1.5 from waist, 2 ribs, 1 hips, 0.5 arms and 0.5 thighs) scales only read 3 lb loss since then after my little gain but tape measure has cheered me up I knew clothes fitted better as I now fit in my size 12 pre pregnancy jeans :)
