Nice one. Keeping the weight off is the hard part. The question is, is the way you are eating now sustainable for the rest of your life, and if not what changes can you make so that it is?

@Drullae, what's your opinion on supermarket fresh veg, vs frozen veg, vs farm shop veg?

@GilesBathgate yeah it seems like my appetite has adjusted - I do still have moments of gluttony :-) but it's balanced by then not really feeling that hungry again at the next meal. and I've learned to feel the hunger but not feel it as a terrible 'argh I'm starving' thing, more just a feeling...I dunno how to explain that but it's working for me, some changes have helped like ProperCorn pop corn in place of crisps, and low alcohol drinks in the week, only half a bagel for breakfast, smaller portions, etc

@GilesBathgate ... and in answer to your question to Drullae, veg is veg, unless it has sugar added in a tin or been over cooked to leach the vitamins out, where it's from is immaterial IMO
